OUR PRIMARY GOAL
Our primary goal is to design attractive, cost effective buildings based on our clients’ desires. Our main focus is on custom residential design for new construction, both locally and nationally. We also design addition and remodeling plans, townhouse plans, and small commercial buildings. We take pride in having the experience and ability to design projects in many different styles and materials. Our design projects include large Mediterranean style homes, Key West style homes, Colonial style homes, French chateau style homes, Victorian style homes, Florida cracker style homes and many other structures. OUR CUSTOM PLANS INCLUDE
Our plans are uniquely designed to suit each customer’s requirements. Included with our custom plans are at least 2 preliminary plans (for review purposes) and a final plan intended for permitting. In order to provide a complete plan, extensive communication with each customer is essential. Our custom plan service includes extensive reviews at each plan stage. In many cases we provide follow-up service to assist our customers with permitting approval. We supply any items needed for permitting that we consider to be our responsibility,” and we provide written agreements that specify exactly what we include.
ADDITIONAL DESIGN ITEMS AVAILABLE
These items are not usually required for construction and are not included with our custom or stock plans.
We will be happy to give you a price if you need any of these plans or views.
LANDSCAPE PLANS
Landscape plans. Showing type of plants, trees and placement.
FILL AND GRADE PLANS
Fill and grade plan. (usually only needed for sloped lots). This shows side views of slopes and side outline of house in position on lot. It also includes approximate fill calculations required for building footing. This drawing requires a topographic (elev) survey to be supplied by customer.
IRRIGATION PLANS
Irrigation plans. Showing approximate placement of pumps, heads, sprinkler lines and sizes.
PERSPECTIVE VIEWS
Perspective views of interior or exterior. These views can help to visualize the finished project.
AERIAL VIEWS
Aerial views of exterior. These views help to visualize the entire project.
KITCHEN PERSPECTIVES
Kitchen perspective views, showing cabinets, appliances, sinks and islands.
RENDERINGS
Decorative artist rendering of the front of building. Suitable for framing.
